November is traditionally a month to focus on gratitude. I've decided today would be a good day to launch a new experiment. I want to provide a post everyday in November focused on gratitude. Studies show that just five minutes a day expressing gratitude can improve your mental health. So, I'm going to start by sharing some possible practices, websites for more information, and then see how this garden grows."How to cultivate gratitude:
- Keep a gratitude journal and write down three things you're grateful for each day.
- Express gratitude to others verbally or in writing
- Volunteer your time to help others
- Focus on the positive aspects of your life
- Practice mindfulness and pay attention to the good things in your surroundings"
- Source: the internet of course! just Google "gratitude and mental health" and AI will provide you with a veritable plate of riches to choose from
